Pepperoni Fried Egg

Does this really need a recipe? Maybe not. But I really want you to make it, because it’s insanely good and takes 5 mins.

  • Small non-stick pan

steps -

  1. Place non-stick pan over med-low heat and add butter. Swirl as it melts.

  2. Just as the butter starts to bubble, crack an egg into the pan.

  3. Season the yolk with salt and pepper.

  4. Cook slowly and spoon butter over the whites occasionally.

  5. Serve with toast, over noodles, or in a sandwich!
