November’s menu takes us on a journey to Jura- a small region known for its extraordinary wines, cheeses, and rich regional cooking. As we settle into the colder days of autumn and dinner begins after dark, we welcome the warmth of indulgent dishes, good wine, and long dinners around the table.
From James Beard-nominated Chef Jamie Malone, the menu centers on roasted quail au vin jaune, with Jura cheese soufflé and vin de paille crème caramel. Everything arrives chef-prepared and chilled, ready to heat, plate, and serve at home.
