Small Hours Dinner Party Guide

A beautifully considered evening with conservas, clay-baked branzino, and, of course, very good wine and very good music.

Small Hours is one of those places where everything appears beautifully simple, but underneath that simplicity is so much understanding of how to create a special experience. That’s the thing about elegance: all that simplicity masks a deep amount of care.

The September dinner is the first of three in our autumn collaboration, an exploration of gathering through food, wine, and music. With this menu, you get to steal a little of Sarina & Sam’s wisdom of curation, from conservas and wine to the music playing in the background.
